Yes. The visit and the quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. You receive the quote in writing and decide in your own time.
Both. Many clients trust us with the ongoing care of their garden and pool at a fixed frequency; others call us for a specific job, such as a pruning, a restoration or painting the facade.
During the swimming season a weekly check is recommended: cleaning, water testing and balancing chlorine and pH. In winter a more spaced-out rhythm is usually enough. We adjust the frequency to your pool and its use.
Depending on the garden: pruning hedges and trees, mowing the lawn, checking irrigation, strimming, clearing and waste removal. We agree the scope on the first visit and keep it up visit after visit.
Typical signs: it loses water, the grout is black or missing, mosaic tiles come loose, coping stones are cracked or the filtration no longer keeps the water clear. If any of that sounds familiar, the shell deserves an inspection.
It depends on the scope: regrouting is not the same as renewing all the mosaic and replacing the filtration. After the visit we give you a concrete timeframe together with the quote, and we stick to it.
Yes. We replace filtration pumps, filters and filter sand, and check the installation so the whole circuit works properly.
Interior and exterior painting of houses, villas and apartments: facades, full interiors or single rooms, ceilings, fences and pergolas, always with proper surface preparation first.
No problem: we work for many non-resident owners. We coordinate everything by WhatsApp or email, agree on access to the property and send you photos of the work. Your home is looked after without you having to travel.
