Pools: maintenance and restoration
A pool asks for two things: constant care during the season and a proper overhaul when the years take their toll. We do both.
Pool maintenance
Pool water does not forgive neglect: within days, crystal-clear water can turn cloudy or green. Our regular maintenance includes cleaning the shell and waterline, emptying baskets and skimmers, testing the water and adjusting chlorine and pH levels, and checking the filtration system.
In high season we recommend a weekly visit; in winter a more spaced-out rhythm is usually enough to let the pool hibernate in good condition. We adjust the frequency to your pool and how you actually use it.
Pool restoration
Over the years every pool shows the same signs: blackened or missing grout, mosaic tiles coming loose, coping stones cracked by the sun and a filtration system that no longer keeps the water clear. These are warnings that the pool needs more than cleaning.
We restore pools from start to finish: we redo the grouting, replace or renew the mosaic tiling, repair the coping stones and replace worn pumps and filters. When we are done, the pool is watertight, safe and looks fresh again.
Every restoration starts with a visit to assess the real condition of the shell and the filtration system. You then receive a written quote with the scope of the work, free of obligation and without small print.
