What data we process and why
Through the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number if you provide it and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and preparing the quote you requested. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data of your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and, if a commercial relationship follows, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Recipients
Form messages are sent via the transactional email provider Resend (Resend, Inc.) and arrive in our Gmail inbox (Google Ireland Ltd.). If you load the Google map on the contact page, Google will process data under its own privacy policy. No other transfers take place, except where legally required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS and does not store your data in its own databases: your message is transmitted directly to our email inbox.
